Getting around in Poland is fairly easy for an English speaking person.
Toruń is a major transport hub in central Poland. International airports close-by:
- Warsaw – main international airport;
- Bydgoszcz; Poznan; Gdansk; Lodz; Modlin - other, relatively near, aiports;
- other airports include Berlin, Wrocław, Lublin, Katowice and Kraków
All of the airports are served by major carriers, such as Lot Polish Airlines and Lufthansa. However, they are also served by low-price carriers, for example, WizzAir and RyanAir. Toruń has direct coach connections to the airports in Berlin, Modlin and Gdańsk.
